AI chat assistant
Our website uses an AI-powered chat assistant (the "AI Party Assistant") to answer questions about our rentals, packages and booking. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence, not a person. The assistant is intended for parents, guardians and adult customers — not children.
Information we may collect through the chat
- Your name (adult customer), and email or phone number if you choose to provide them
- Event date, event city or general location, party type and guest count
- Rentals or packages you're interested in, general age range of attendees, and quote/request details
- Booking status and a short summary of your request
We do not ask for, and ask you not to share, children's names, birthdays, school information, medical or disability information, Social Security numbers, passwords, payment or financial information, or other sensitive personal information.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your questions, prepare a quote, confirm availability and follow up about your booking request.
Are chat conversations stored?
Full chat conversations are not saved by us. When you close or reload the page, the conversation is cleared. If you ask to start a booking, we save only the booking details listed above so our team can follow up with you.
Who can access it
Kids Parties Are Us team members who handle bookings, and service providers that host our website and database. We do not sell your information.
Third-party AI provider
Chat messages are sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to an OpenAI language model to generate replies. These providers process messages to produce the response.
How long we keep information
Booking request details are kept for as long as needed to handle your event and our normal business records, and then deleted.
Your choices and rights
